Field Service Analyst Journeyman

Position Description
Must have the ability to perform routine system maintenance and computer system administrative functions. Has knowledge of, and is capable of using, operating systems and database management systems. Performs analysis of system operations. Must have experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of computer systems and individual peripheral devices. Must be available for assignment to various CONUS/OCONUS sites for extended terms. Military experience is highly desirable. Completion of a U.S. Military Service Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) or Senior NCO Academy Course and/or Officer Basic or Advanced Course is desirable. Your future duties and responsibilities
The Field Service Analyst will provide multiple-system integration and interoperability support for the Global Command and Control Systems contract. These labs provide integration testing and training environments for soldiers using the Army Battle Command (ABCS) and related systems (e.g. CPOF, FBCB2).

? Creating, maintaining and configuring Solaris Zones in Solaris 10
? Implementing, configuring and maintaining Solaris clustering
? The construction of clusters/enclaves
? Working with Solaris 10 with the military (STIGS, Gold Disks,etc.)
? Experience setting up Solaris 10 and above on a network
? Solaris certification would be a plus
? Solaris and Unix management, navigation and related skills
? Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements
? Must have an understanding of interoperability between Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS). Must have knowledge of networks, ABCS systems, CPOF and related SMC tools. Must be capable of constructing breadboard interface circuitry (digital, analog, and hybrid circuits), special cabling, etc. in support of system test bed/development facilities and for special system/software test fixtures. Must possess sufficient technical electronics knowledge and experience to perform above construction from preliminary sketches/design information furnished by project engineer. Digital/hybrid/analog electronics technician is required. Military experience is highly desirable.

? Must be able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
? Must have experience in Solaris 10 Administration.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? GCCS-J 4.2.0.9 build, experience with system, software and integration testing activities with GCCS-A, GCCS-J, DCGS-A, or DRRS-A systems experience is a plus. Oracle 10G or Oracle 11G is a plus
? Knowledge of the GCCS 4.2 Zones is a plus BEA Weblogic 9.2 and 10.3 is a plus LDAP / GCCS-J Identity Management System is a plus Integrated C41 System Framework (ICSF) is a plus Solaris V hardware experience (T5220, T5140, T4-1) is a plus.

? Security + CE certification IA Level II.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
? Must have/maintain security + CE level II certification.
? Must obtain Windows 7 computing environment certification within 60 days.
? Must poses excellent oral and written communications skills

? Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
? Possession of a SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required.
? Minimum of 3 year functional experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent.
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Excellent written and verbal skills
? ABCS Family of Systems Familiarity
? Tactical Internet and Mission Command System Experience
? Familiar with Network and System Integration
