Join DHL Supply Chain's growing team as we establish a new accounting hub in Budapest and oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the hub to support our business across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and provide accurate and timely information to support decision-making and monitor progress.
Provide financial management, governance, and support as a key business partner, maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Develop and deliver high-quality, innovative products, services, or solutions.
Drive high performance by establishing clear, challenging, and achievable objectives, aligning resources, and supporting the preparation of financial reports, models, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage improvement programs to enhance business efficiency, profitability, and champion continuous improvement and innovation.
Maintain effective communication channels with team members and the wider business as necessary.
Support the creation of an efficient controlling team to process and manage financial data accurately and timely, challenging cost center controllers to provide accurate information.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
2+ years of financial or business experience.
Fluent English.
Good analytical skills and advanced used of MS Excel.
Experience in managing external stakeholders preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems or equivalent preferred.
