? Requirements gathering, assessing, vetting, and migration into design, architecture, feature sets, and features
? Software development, testing, installation, configuration and upgrading;
? Programming to include code creation, bug fixes and enhancements, as well as installation, monitoring and configuration programs and scripts.
? Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design;
? Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
? Shall have at least ten (10) years experience as a Software Engineer in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution. The individual must be able to communicate directions and provide guidance to junior Programmer/analysts, as required.
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Communications Engineering, Mathematics or similar degree.
Qualified applicants subject to a security background investigation and must meet minimum eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI with poly clearance required.
