Bin Lead. Provide daily guidance to IPV Production Leads and Bin Material Handlers; Resource management/deployment of team members. Customer Contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME): Interacts with customer (ranging from mechanic level to Brig. Gen) on customer bin requirements, changes or issues; Reports all metrics to Bin Manager; works with Item Managers to prepare required DREP/Production meeting charts; attend customer DREP, Production, and adhoc meetings; works with Item Managers and Supportability Analysis to expedite aged bin orders; Conduct daily FPA validations and report results; Monitoring and track all bin activities, to include scanning, transfers and put-a-ways; Ensure bin put-a-ways are confirmed daily, correct material confirmation discrepancies; Assign material handler working schedules and routes and provide an update list to monthly; Responsible for OJT, compliance, and certifications training and the care of delivery vehicles; other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
Experience / Knowledgeable of the IPV Gen III program
SCM+ system experience
Experience leading/managing a team
Experience working with DLA
Supply/Demand analysis

Desired skills
Supply Chain Management experience, preferably with DLA and/or USAF.
Demonstrate success in leading diverse teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, team building and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a demanding, fast paced environment.
Experience interfacing directly with government customers.
Experience using SCM+.
A good foundation of Microsoft Excel and Power Point applications.
Experience with Lean Concepts for production flow processes/concepts.
