Events Operations Manager
The Events Operations Manager is the operational backbone of the events team. You will own the logistics, systems, communications, and execution infrastructure that make every White Rose Resistance event — from our national festival and DC conference to speaker tours and conferences — run without fail.
You report directly to the Director of Events and work closely with the Events Coordinator, Executive Assistant, and Media Department. This is not a support role. You are an owner.
Event Operations & Logistics
Budget tracking: sponsorship revenue, ticket revenue, and financial reconciliation
Venue operations: venue coordination, room setups, load-in, load-out
Staffing: requirements, schedules, team travel and lodging, onsite management
Volunteer management: recruitment, screening, training, scheduling, and onsite supervision
Materials and assets: printed materials, name badges, inventory, and shipping coordination
Attendee & Sponsor Experience
Full attendee communications lifecycle: pre-event sequences, reminders, travel info, post-event follow-up
Ticketing operations: registrations, database, customer service, check-in, and sales monitoring
Sponsorship execution: contracts, deliverables, logos, booth placement, stage time, and communications
Hospitality: catering, VIP receptions, speaker dinners, green rooms, and backstage experience
Event website: work with the Media Department to ensure accuracy of all event pages
Speaker & Program Support
Speaker contract execution: itinerary building, speaker’s talk outlined, and host assignments
Program development support: agenda design, program book content, and program flow review
Speaker Tours & Sponsored Events
Speaker tour calendar, logistics coordination, host organization communications, and materials
Sponsored event logistics: team identification, schedules, booth management, and reporting
Post-tour follow-up and tour reports
You have 3–5+ years of experience in event operations, project management, or a closely related field
You are a systems thinker who builds processes so things don't fall through the cracks
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously
You communicate clearly and proactively — you don't wait to be asked for an update
You are comfortable with Monday.com or similar project management platforms, Slack, and Google Drive
Experience managing or coordinating volunteers
You take ownership. When something is your responsibility, you see it across the finish line
Willingness and ability to travel to events (minimum 15 travel days per year)
You are passionately pro-life and aligned with TWRR's mission and Christian convictions

Competitive annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000
