What Will You Do?

• Deliver a 5-star experience to every customer through professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship.

• Work closely with our dispatch and office team to provide the best possible service experience for our customers.

• Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.

• Educate homeowners on their plumbing systems, repair options, and long-term solutions — helping them make informed decisions with confidence.

• Perform high-quality work that reflects the standards and reputation of Foust Plumbing & Heating.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.

• Complete invoices, notes, and job documentation using company-provided tablets and software.

• Help customers get the most value from their systems through maintenance recommendations, memberships, and warranty solutions.

• Represent the Foust brand with integrity, professionalism, and respect in every home and business you enter.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to various job sites Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
