HVAC Service Tech (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Service Technician)Reitz Home Services

We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems for residential and/or commercial clients. You'll work independently in the field, so strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver great customer service are a must. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including split systems, refrigeration units, and electrical components, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Communicate clearly with customers on-site, explaining issues and recommended solutions in a professional and approachable manner

EPA 608 Certification is required for this position Must hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable means of transportation to travel between job sites Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including confined spaces and extreme temperatures, and lift equipment up to 50 lbs
