Veteran-Focused
Veterans Increasing Employee Wellness (VIEW) employee resource group (ERG) promotes a culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through continual learning, employee development, and employee engagement. VIEW advances the understanding and inclusion of employees with a common set of Veteran- related interests and/or goals. Our purpose is to:
• Foster a military/veteran-friendly environment
• Facilitate a network of Molina employees that share an interest in the military community
• Provide information to employees regarding resources for the military and Veteran community
• support Molina employees that serve in the military and their family members during a service member's deployment; and
• Enhance the advancement of current employees and recruitment of potential employees with military experience.
