We're looking for someone with 7-10 years of experience as a Sr. Stationary Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of complex building systems, including HVAC, boilers, and electrical systems. You'll play a key part in maintaining a comfortable and functional environment while ensuring all systems meet regulatory and safety standards. Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC, boiler, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks and building automation system checks to support long-term equipment reliability
Valid Stationary Engineer license or equivalent certification required for the applicable jurisdiction Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, or on-call rotations as needed to support 24/7 facility operations Strong working knowledge of applicable safety codes, regulations, and standards governing building mechanical systems
