Job Title: Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse teams

• Track orders, deliveries, and inventory accuracy

• Help maintain excellent customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience

• Experience with inventory, shipping, or receiving

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced logistics environment that supports shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. The typical schedule for this position is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The environment involves regular interaction with warehouse staff, drivers, and other operational teams, and requires frequent use of communication tools such as email and walkie talkies. The facility operates as a blue-collar setting where safety and accuracy are priorities. Appropriate safety footwear, including steel-toe shoes or boots, is required while on-site. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
