Responsibilities: - Proactively identifying operational needs and structures of post-acute providers, hospitals or physician practices while communicating and implementing timely solutions - Keep abreast of the latest governmental developments impacting the healthcare industry - Building a trusted advisor relationship with healthcare client executives by gaining an in-depth understanding of their business objectives and management needs - Identifying operational strengths and weaknesses in clients revenue cycle, cash flow and profitability - Review analysis finding with healthcare client executives including key performance indicators and advise client on performance improvements to achieve client goals - As requested, develop client operational budgets and forecasts - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems - Familiarity with coding accuracy for cost reporting - Ensure client accounting engagements are completed accurately and timely by routinely meeting with engagement managers and teams - Collaborating with the partner and other managers in making decisions to achieve departmental goals
