Cmo contribuirs

Tus tareas:

• Proporcionars asistencia administrativa en la ejecucin de actividades y establecers una relacin eficaz con las personas a las que prestas apoyo

• Realizar las tareas necesarias en relacin con el presupuesto, los gastos y los procesos de compra

• Responder a llamadas y mensajes de correo electrnico atendiendo debidamente a las preguntas y solicitudes

• Gestionar tanto el archivo en papel como el archivo electrnico cumpliendo con los requisitos legales y la poltica de la empresa

• Completar y actualizar informes y mantener los datos y los sistemas

• Llevar a cabo proyectos y tareas adicionales cuando sea necesario

• Tambin cuando sea necesario coordinar toda la logstica necesaria para gestionar viajes, eventos, reuniones, formaciones, etc.
