Outpatient Therapist

About the Role

We are looking for a Family Centered Clinician to provide community-based therapy to youth and their families. If you are newly licensed or graduating soon, this is a great environment to build your clinical hours and hands-on experience with a supportive team behind you.

What Youll Do

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and build individualized, strength-based treatment plans.

• Deliver home-based, evidence-based therapy using interactive and participation-focused methods.

• Connect families with local community resources and assist them in navigating outside services.

• Write aftercare plans to help families maintain progress long-term.

• Keep clean, timely clinical documentation and maintain client privacy.

• Attend regular team meetings and coordinate with referral partners.

Qualifications

• Active LPC or LSW license (or able to complete your requirements by time of hire).

• Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build quick rapport with families.

• Good organizational skills and comfort working in home-based settings.
