A well-established law firm in Coral Gables, FL is seeking two experienced Real Estate Paralegals for direct hire opportunities supporting a growing real estate practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong law firm experience and a background in commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
The Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative, professional environment that values accuracy, teamwork, and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including contract, due diligence, closing, and post-closing.
- Prepare, review, organize, and track closing documents, transaction files, closing binders, and post-closing packages.
- Conduct title and survey reviews, coordinate due diligence activities, and monitor transaction timelines and deadlines.
- Communicate with lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, opposing counsel, and other parties to ensure timely transaction completion.
- Assist with purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and other real estate transaction materials.
- Maintain accurate records and manage multiple active transactions in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Bonus opportunity and 10% origination opportunity provided.
