Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a short-term Contract assignment in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This one-week project focuses on reviewing election-related records and updating database information so entries remain accurate and current. The position begins with in-office training for the first few days, followed by remote work once the process and web-based system are understood.

Responsibilities:

Review assigned city records and verify recently elected officials for accuracy before updating database entries.

Enter vote totals and related election information into a web-based data platform with close attention to detail.

Maintain current and reliable records by identifying outdated information and replacing it with verified data.

Complete updates across a high volume of assigned municipalities while balancing speed and accuracy.

Learn the organizations specialized database during initial onsite training and apply that knowledge independently in a remote setting.

Manage daily workload based on project volume and stay on track to meet completion timelines for the one-week assignment. Requirements Previous experience performing data entry in a computer-based environment.

Strong typing skills with the ability to enter numeric information accurately.

Comfort working with web-based databases, CRM tools, or similar data systems.

Ability to manage time effectively in a role with flexible hours driven by workload.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling large volumes of records.

Ability to complete initial onsite training in Saint Paul, Minnesota and transition to remote work afterward.
