Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Clerk to support database updates following local elections. In this role, you will help ensure information for elected officials is accurate and up to date in a web-based database system.
After completing initial in-office training, this position can be performed remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain information in a web-based database
Review election results for assigned cities and confirm newly elected officials
Enter final vote counts into the system
Research and update contact information for newly elected officials
Manage an assigned territory of approximately 150 cities
Process updates efficiently, averaging 45 cities per hour
Ensure all data entered is complete, accurate, and current
Training and Work Environment:
In-office training for the first few days
Remote work available after training is completed
System used: Data Bank (training provided)
This position plays an important part in keeping accurate records that connect individuals with the organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and able to manage a high volume of updates with precision.
