Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
