Full-time CT/X-Ray Technologist in Akron, Ohio, delivering high-quality imaging for patients while ensuring safety and compliance. The role supports a reputable healthcare facility's diagnostic services and contributes to accurate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.

• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during all imaging processes.

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions.

• Accurately document patient information and imaging results in electronic medical records.

• Assist with contrast injections and monitor patients for reactions.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret images.

• Maintain compliance with all safety, radiation protection, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.

• Valid Ohio Radiologic License.

• BLS certification required.

• Willingness to obtain ARRT (CT) certification within a specified period.

Preferred Skills:

• ARRT (CT) certification preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in both CT and X-ray imaging preferred.
