Program Analyst will provide support to the program office by providing an analysis of data in support of program projects, including advising on the direction the Integrated Product Teams (IPT) should consider based on an understanding of current program status, properly assessing priority of activity and development of projects to realize the optimum and most efficient outcome. - Preferred experience with supporting Communicationand Infrastructure Systems managing encrypted multiplexing/demultiplexing systems to deliver mission data to ground processing systems will be greatly beneficial. - Knowledge of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance/Intelligence Community (ISR/IC) network transport systems and other data handling systems is critical to interfacing with our national mission partners. - Program Analyst shall demonstrate knowledge of business and industry practices, characteristics and use of equipment, products, property, acquisitions, etc. - Shall consolidate and provide information from various databases containing program data ranging from training, requirements management, performance, schedule, cost, etc. to measure and assess program effectiveness. - Program Analyst will also maintain and monitor contract budget databases to include Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaRS), Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Request and Authorization for In-scope Tasks (RAITs) and Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.
