Travel Agent II (Hybrid)
Full time, Heredia, Costa Rica
As a Travel Consultant, you will
- Manage and complete travel requests using BCD Travel tools and systems.
- Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for customers.
- Apply client travel policies, supplier rules, and travel requirements accurately.
- Provide travel guidance, fare information, and cost-saving recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, policies, and regulations.
- Assist travelers with travel documentation and compliance requirements, including passports, visas, DOT, and TSA regulations.
- Support BCD Travel initiatives and client-specific programs and objectives.
About you
- Experience in a customer service-oriented or travel related position, and candidates without prior travel management company experience may be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer servicing excellence.
- Experience with GDS Amadeus
