Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlet

  • Ensure compliance with service standards specific to Chinese Cuisine

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area

  • Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition

  • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries

  • Assign seats, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages

  • Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Able to work independently

  • Pleasant, service-oriented and outgoing personality

  • Able to work under pressure, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment ,
