• Phi hp v gip qun l dy chuyn hon thnh cc ch tiu An ton, Cht lng, Chi ph, Giao hng, Bn vng v Gn kt (SQCDSM) ca dy chuyn, m bo n nh quy trnh; Tham gia vo cc bui hp DMS ti ca v ti chuyn

• Lm ch cng ngh v quy trnh, hiu chnh ci t thit b v quy trnh, c chuyn mn k thut tt; lm ch cc h thng Bo tr cp tin, cc quy trnh cng vic, v cc Ch s Hiu sut Bo tr cp tin cho cc dy chuyn cng vi cc h thng Qun l Hiu chnh; qun l ngn sch Sa cha v Bo tr ca dy chuyn

• Xy dng, lm ch v trin khai cc h thng v k hoch bo tr phng nga theo thi gian ca dy chuyn v pht trin nng lc cho i nhm gip h t thc hin; Xy dng nng lc k thut v bo tr (dnh ti thiu 50% thi gian) cho k thut vin lm vic theo ca h c kh nng t vn hnh v bo tr thit b; l mt thnh vin ca Tr ct PM, lm ch ton b cc h thng PM v quy trnh sn xut ti dy chuyn ng thi qun l mt s h thng v quy trnh sn xut ti phng ban

• Phi hp vi nhm qun l Ti sn v tin cy ci thin h thng v thc hin cc cng vic bo tr c th; chu trch nhim Qun l thay i ti cc dy chuyn, tm kim ngun ph tng thay th ni a, phn tch dng my v gim thiu chi ph bo tr v sa cha (R&M) cho cc dy chuyn; i din cho phng ban/dy chuyn tham gia cc din n cng ngh khu vc v ton cu vi t cch l ngi ph trch cng ngh ca nh my

• H tr nhm VSU tm cc sng kin mi v nhng vic cn thit; gip qun l dy chuyn trong vic nh chun bn trong v bn ngoi v p dng nhng thc hnh tt; l chuyn gia trong mt lnh vc v l ngi o to cc ch lin quan n PM ti nh my

Yu cu dnh cho bn

Mong mun thc y tng lai v tng tc s nghip ca bn. Bn s ng gp kinh nghim v kin thc v:

• C kin thc v k nng nng cao (bao gm AM bc 4, PM bc 3) t duy tr cc thit b ph trch iu kin c bn, bao gm c vic p dng cc tiu chun AM & PM (Bo tr hng hc (BD), bo tr theo k hoch) trn cc thit b ph trch, TPM bc 3 v cng c gii quyt vn .

• C kh nng m nhim mt Vai tr trn Dy chuyn. Tuyn chn v hun luyn cc thnh vin SWP v thc y cc c hi ci tin ti dy chuyn theo phng php PDCA

• L Qun l dy chuyn, bn xy dng v thng nht mc tiu/k hoch tng th cho dy chuyn, trin khai v qun l IDP cho cc thnh vin, hun luyn thnh vin nhm v qun l hiu qu cng vic v pht trin s nghip

More about this role

• Driving the IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) implementation and continuous improvement activity on the line through FI, WPI, AM, PM pillar. Planning and warehouse management implementation.

• Learning the technology of the line and become proficient with operating the line.

• Identifying losses and prioritize the actions to eliminate the losses.

• Be able to conduct the root cause analysis and breakdown management.

• Build the capability of the operator through training and qualification.

• Be Line level systems owner, is part of the sites pillars team and owns site level systems for these pillars.

• Working with line organization on the daily management system and 24 hours direction setting.

Job specific requirements:

• English proficiency for skills: This is essential for effective communication with international colleagues and partners.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Technical Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical or Food Science/Technology)

• Experience in continuous improvement positions such as operational excellence, manufacturing excellence, process engineer. Prefer IL6S roles. Mondelez International Internal

• Identify & eliminate production losses

• Have strong knowledge on root cause analysis & breakdown management methodologies
