Description:

Ensure bar operations are efficiently managed by thoroughly supporting the manager

Manage and supervise to provide management tasks and necessary training for general staff

Provide friendly yet professional guest service

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons

Take orders and serve snacks and drinks

Understand guests' needs and preferences to recommend beverages

Manage bar inventory and restock supplies

Qualifications:

Preference given to candidates with hospitality experience

Experience in hotel restaurants, bars, or lounges required

Ability to maintain bar organization, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness

Management experience preferred

Intermediate English proficiency and native-level Japanese skills
