  • Maintain organized, traceable records and promptly escalate missing samples, mismatched identifiers, or incomplete documentation.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and laboratory teams to support efficient sample movement and accurate recordkeeping.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with exposure to basic shop-level mathematics.
  • Administrative or coordination experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, quality, production, logistics, or purchasing environment.

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, manage multiple handoffs, and maintain accurate paper and electronic records.
  • Ability to learn sample identification procedures, production documentation, and shipment and receiving workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Familiarity with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, or purchasing processes.
  • Experience with laboratory sample tracking, specimen logistics, quality documentation, or manufacturing work orders.
  • Understanding of sample traceability and documentation control.
  • Current enrollment in or completion of a two-year or four-year college program, preferably with coursework in natural sciences.
