You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

A hybrid role focused on technology enablement, solution design, and project delivery within TA tech ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Enablement

Assess current tech stackcapabilities and utilizationin alignment with Strategic priorities(WD, Phenom, Paradox,HiredScore)

Identify and demo new capabilities

Support business case and ROI analysis

Manage AI/innovation assessments

Project Delivery

Lead technical workstreams

Design solutions for complex deployments

Configure systems and support POC testing

Provide support for complex changes

Skills & Experience

• Solid experience in HR tech / system implementation

• Experience owning functional solution delivery across the full project lifecycle.

• End-to-end project delivery

• Solution design and system architecture basics

• Hands-onexperienceconfiguringwith:

• WorkdayRecruiting(must)and

• Other WD modules (desirable)

• Paradox(desirable)

• Hired Score(good to have)

Exposure to:

• Business case creation / ROI analysis/ Risk and impact assessment analysis

• POCs, pilots, or innovation projects

• Leading workstreams or small teams

• Analytical thinking and problem solving

• Interest in emerging technologies
