Responsibilities

• Posting job openings on internal and external websites

• Sourcing and interviewing applicants

• Maintaining recruitment mailboxes

• Collecting data and generating reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• With 12 months and above of recruitment experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Willing to work onsite in any of the Alorica Manila sites (Centris Quezon City)

• Good communication skills
