Information Technology Systems Engineer

Job Description:

What Youll Be Doing

Provide daily engineering support and operations for Arrows hardware and software infrastructure, including maintenance, performance monitoring and reporting, solution design, and consulting.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues across software, applications, databases, hardware, and COTS applications.

Deliver second-level support by working directly with IT teams and/or end users to resolve escalated incidents.

Coordinate with vendors as needed to facilitate hardware and software repair activities.

Participate in annual disaster recovery (DR) testing. Due to operational requirements, the role requires commuting between two office locations: Zhonghe and Taoyuan.

Understanding of virtual machines (VMs), storage, and data center-related equipment.

Software scope: Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow.

What We Are Looking For

Typically requires a 4 year degree and 12 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience

Has no discretion to vary from established procedures

Has no related work experience or has work experience but requires formal training in theories/concepts in own function

Works under close supervision
