Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. This individual will leverage data, experimentation, and multi-channel marketing campaigns to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Manage customer acquisition campaigns through search, social, email, content, and display advertising.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data-driven decision making.

  • Develop growth experiments and A/B testing initiatives.

  • Oversee marketing automation and lead nurturing programs.

  • Partner with sales, creative, and product teams to align campaign strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Manage marketing budgets and forecasting.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of digital marketing or growth marketing experience.

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.

  • Experience using Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

  • B2B and/or B2C growth marketing experience.

  • Marketing automation expertise.

  • CRM integration experience.

  • Experience with attribution modeling and revenue tracking.
