Description

We are seeking an SEO & Paid Media Specialist to drive traffic, lead generation, and online visibility through strategic search engine optimization and paid advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong analytical skills to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.

• Manage paid search campaigns through Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms.

• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.

• Monitor campaign performance and create actionable reporting.

• Execute technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.

• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SEO and paid media experience.

• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.

• Experience managing PPC campaigns and budgets.

• Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Local SEO expertise.

• Ecommerce marketing experience.

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Knowledge of GA4 and attribution modeling.

• Experience managing six-figure annual advertising budgets.
