De qu se trata el trabajo?

Cuidado en el hogar para clientes de San Luis, Gadsden y el sur del condado de Yuma que necesitan ms ayuda de la que un cuidador sin certificacin puede dar: transferencias, movilidad, bao y cuidado personal completo. Un cliente a la vez, en su propia casa. La mayora de nuestros clientes aqu hablan espaol.

Qu hace un CNA en cada visita?

Bao, vestirse, aseo y uso del bao. Transferencias y posiciones seguras. Comidas, limpieza ligera y lavandera. Recordatorios de medicamentos que el cliente toma por su cuenta. Observar y documentar cambios en la condicin del cliente y avisar a la supervisora el mismo da. Notas en nuestra aplicacin mvil y entrada y salida por telfono.

Qu se necesita?

Certificacin de CNA vigente en Arizona. Pasar una verificacin de antecedentes y completar la orientacin. Transporte confiable en el sur del condado. La experiencia en cuidado en el hogar o en el rea de salud es preferible, no obligatoria.

Cunto se paga y qu beneficios hay?

$17.50 a $18.35 por hora, empleo W-2. Turnos de tiempo completo, medio tiempo y de noche. Tiempo por enfermedad pagado. Seguro mdico, dental y de la vista para empleados elegibles. Our Main Street office hires Certified Nursing Assistants for clients in San Luis, Gadsden, and the south end of Yuma County who need hands-on help at home: transfers, mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, one client at a time. Most clients here speak Spanish, so bilingual CNAs are especially welcome.

Requirements: current Arizona CNA certification, a background check, onboarding, and reliable transportation in the south county.

Pay and benefits: $17.50 to $18.35 per hour W-2, full time, part time, and overnight shifts, paid sick time, medical, dental, and vision for eligible employees, and ongoing training. Locally owned since 2013. Voted Yuma's Best ten years running.
