Position: CNA Caregiver
Location: Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Surprise, Peoria, El Mirage, Glendale, and Northwest Valley

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation (gait belt when needed)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with errands, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments

• Observe and report any changes in the clients condition

• Follow the clients individualized care plan

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (home care experience preferred)

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Current TB test

• Fingerprint clearance card

• Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
