We are looking for an experienced VP of Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and operational oversight for our organization in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This role will guide budgeting activities, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and provide clear financial insight to support leadership decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of close processes, cash management, and enterprise-level financial analysis built over more than a decade of progressive experience.

This opportunity offers a $200,000 - $225,000 base salary + 20% bonus, direct partnership with executive leadership, and the chance to shape the financial future of a growing organization. Responsibilities:

Direct the companys budgeting cycle, establishing timelines, assumptions, and financial targets that align with business priorities.

Oversee monthly close activities to ensure accurate, timely financial results and consistent adherence to accounting standards.

Produce and present financial reports that translate complex data into actionable insight for executive leadership.

Manage cash flow forecasting to support liquidity planning, operational stability, and informed investment decisions.

Evaluate budget performance regularly and recommend corrective actions based on variance analysis and changing business conditions.

Partner with senior leaders to develop financial strategies that improve profitability, efficiency, and long-term planning.

Strengthen internal financial processes and controls to enhance reporting reliability and operational discipline.

Lead and mentor finance staff, setting expectations and fostering a high-performance culture within the function.

Requirements 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for planning and reporting.

Demonstrated expertise in annual budgeting, forecasting, and broader budget management processes.

Strong background in month-end close oversight and financial statement review.

Proven ability to develop financial reports and communicate findings to executive stakeholders.

Experience managing cash flow projections and supporting treasury-related decision-making.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities from financial data.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
