Sport Clips Haircuts in Little Rock(Chenal Pkwy) is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love: cutting hair.

What Youll Do
Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
Provide high-quality mens haircuts and grooming services
Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture
What Were Looking For
Active AR Cosmetology or Barber License
Experience as a hair stylist or barber (mens cutting preferred)
Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
Passion for customer service and team development
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
