Essential Responsibilities: - Links the client requirements to standard solutions and service offerings with guidance from senior team members. - Oversee smaller segments of work assigned by project managers or other senior team members. - Thoroughly documents work with clear explanations to illustrate understanding of concepts. - Informs project team leaders of cost, quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement. - Monitors own time and budget on projects and communicates overages and availability in advance. - Keeps current on technical and functional issues and attempts to apply them to client circumstances. - Mentors Consultant Is in their development into Consultant IIs. - Supports the sales process by being aware of sales opportunities for add-ons and escalating Information when needed to determine scope of services to aid in solving client needs.
