Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong Excel skills and a knack for working with technology? Join a growing operation where youll work in a fully automated, paperless AP environment and play an important role in maintaining accurate financial processes.


REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE 3+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience
Highly Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Solid MS Excel and data entry skills
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy


💥 WHAT YOULL DO:
Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable responsibilities

Process and review invoices and transactions

Enter and verify financial information with accuracy

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate records

Use Excel to organize and manage financial data
Generate reports and analyze financial data using Excel

Keep AP documentation organized and up to date
