Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Transportation Coordinator for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Bakersfield, CA. The Transportation Coordinator will oversee a courtesy loaner vehicle fleet, assist customers with check-in and check-out processes, and support administrative and service coordination needs. This is a great opportunity for a dependable candidate looking to build experience in logistics, transportation coordination, customer service, and automotive operations. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and help manage a courtesy loaner vehicle fleet of approximately 50 units.
- Check vehicles in and out with customers while delivering professional and helpful service.
- Prepare loaner vehicle agreements and verify drivers license and insurance documentation.
- Conduct inventory audits and help maintain accurate vehicle availability records.
- Assist with document scanning, preparation, filing, and other administrative overflow tasks.
- Provide overflow support to the service coordinator as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
