SYNERGY HomeCare of La Mesa is hiring a dependable, experienced caregiver for a recurring weekend assignment in Chula Vista.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM7:00 PM
Pay: $20$23 per hour, based on experience and assignment needs
Employment Type: Part-Time

This position is ideal for a caregiver seeking consistent weekend hours. Reliability is essential. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, punctual, and committed to covering both scheduled weekend shifts.
You will provide non-medical in-home support that may include:
Companionship and social engagement
Personal care assistance, including bathing and dressing support
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Standby assistance and fall-risk supervision
Safe transportation or errands, depending on assignment
Professional communication with the client, family, and office
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 6 months of paid, hands-on caregiving or personal-care experience required
One year of professional caregiving experience preferred
Current California Home Care Aide registration, or eligible and willing to complete registration requirements before starting assignments
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and proof of auto insurance
Able to pass a background check and authorized to work in the United States
Dependable, punctual, compassionate, and responsive to office calls and texts
