The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional partnership skills and can manage sensitive mobility matters with accuracy, discretion, and a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

Lead mobility coordination for employees relocating domestically and internationally, from initial planning through assignment completion or permanent transfer.

Help maintain compliance with immigration, employment, labor, and tax obligations tied to workforce movement across locations.

Work closely with legal partners and outside counsel to support visa processing, work authorization matters, and permanent residency cases.

Provide guidance to HR partners and business leaders on mobility policies, relocation support options, assignment structures, and potential compliance considerations.

Oversee relocation-related vendors and benefits while helping deliver a smooth and well-supported employee experience throughout each move.

Partner with payroll and tax stakeholders to address compensation treatment, reporting needs, and cross-border tax considerations associated with employee transfers.

Track regulatory developments that may affect mobility programs and update documentation, procedures, and internal practices as needed.

Maintain organized records, policy materials, and audit-ready documentation to support company standards and program governance.

Contribute to workforce planning efforts by supporting international hiring strategies and employee movement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements At least 5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, international human resources, employee relations, or a closely related area.

Working knowledge of immigration processes, employment compliance requirements, and work authorization practices connected to employee relocation.

Experience collaborating with internal counsel, external immigration attorneys, and relocation vendors.

Understanding of cross-border employment considerations, including payroll impact, tax exposure, and reporting obligations.

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and sound judgment.

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills in a fast-moving business environment.

Experience with HR administration, onboarding, background checks, HRIS platforms, and compliance-oriented processes is highly valued.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
