Description

Our client is looking to add 3 Cell Fabrication Technicians to support a 15-person team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.

The Cell Fabrication Technician performs hands-on laboratory and cell assembly activities to support the fabrication, testing, and development of rechargeable battery cells. This role follows established procedures to prepare materials, assemble cells, operate laboratory equipment, and maintain accurate records while ensuring consistent workmanship, product quality, and laboratory safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cell fabrication and assembly activities in a laboratory setting

Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures consistently

Prepare materials and components for battery cell assembly

Operate laboratory tools and equipment safely and effectively

Maintain accurate records and complete documentation thoroughly

Ensure quality, precision, and consistency in repetitive manual tasks

Support laboratory cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

Work closely with the team to meet ramp-up production and development goals

Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Excellent documentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Quick learner with the ability to pick up client-specific systems and processes

Comfortable working with tools, lab equipment, and small components

Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive work with accuracy

All relevant training to be provided by the client

This role requires onsite work M-F 8-5 in Culver City
