Description

Robert Half's client is seeking an experienced interim Human Resources Manager/ Consultant to lead the operational execution of all core HR functions. This highly visible role serves as the backbone of the HR department, overseeing HR systems, performance management, compensation administration, benefits, compliance, workforce analytics, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR leader with strong HRIS expertise, advanced reporting capabilities, and broad HR generalist experience. This role will be located onsite in Fullerton, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Provide employee benefits counseling and support.

Audit benefits platforms and ensure compliance.

Lead recruitment efforts as needed

Conduct initial employee relations intake and partner on resolutions

-Ensure compliance with Federal and California employment laws

-Supervise and oversee 2 HR Coordinators

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of human resources functions in an HR generalist or HR management capacity.

Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, including issue intake, documentation, and coordination on resolutions.

Practical experience administering benefits programs and supporting employees with benefits-related questions.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms, including maintaining accurate records and generating detailed reports.

Solid understanding of federal employment regulations and California labor law requirements.

Experience supporting onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes with a high level of accuracy and organization.

Ability to analyze workforce data, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and communicate effectively with employees and leadership.
