We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Processor Clerk for an opportunity in Shoreview, MN to support a Fortune 500 company in the banking industry within a lockbox, fast pace environment.

What is Lockbox?
A Lockbox service is a high-speed, secure financial operation where a bank processes high volumes of incoming business payments, checks, and remittance documents on behalf of commercial clients

You'll be part of an essential team that powers modern cash-flow operations for major corporate clients. Working in Lockbox, you'll collaborate in a vibrant, supportive environment to handle secure payment intake, digital document scanning, and account processing. Its an exciting opportunity to build core banking experience, master efficient operational systems, and see the immediate, real-world impact of your work every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture, sort, organize, and distribute financial documents and payments for processing.
- Prepare incoming work for machine processing, data entry, and operational workflows.
- Verify transaction and document information for accuracy while meeting daily production deadlines.
- Operate processing equipment and machinery as needed.
- Follow established procedures in a structured, fast-paced banking operations environment.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet quality and productivity goals.

Compensation and additional info

- Current assignment rate: $19.50 per hour.
- Assignment Length: 3 months.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM.
- Work Location: 100% onsite.
- Location: Shoreview, MN 55126.
- Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
- Schedule flexibility may be needed to work some bank holidays based on business needs.
