Job Summary

We are seeking a Machinist/Aerospace candidate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career CNC machinist who wants to build a long-term career in aerospace and defense manufacturing.

The Aerospace Machinist will produce high-precision components using CNC machines, deburring tools, and grinding equipment while working to strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing operations to meet part specifications.
- Inspect machined parts for accuracy using measuring tools and established inspection methods.
- Maintain equipment, work areas, and production documentation according to shop standards.
- Follow safety procedures and support an efficient, high-quality production workflow.
