Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician-Property Management for a direct hire opportunity in Newbury Park, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys keeping residential properties safe, functional, clean, and ready for residents.

The Maintenance Technician-Property Management will handle a variety of make-ready, repair, renovation, and property upkeep projects while contributing to a positive resident experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of maintenance experience who takes pride in dependable work, practical problem-solving, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete move-in, move-out, and make-ready maintenance for residential units.
- Perform general repairs and renovations, including drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Repair or replace HVAC, A/C components, interior and exterior lighting, washers, dryers, pumps, and related property equipment.
- Support retrofit and capital improvement projects while following approved budgets, contracts, bid requirements, and quality standards.
- Participate in monthly OSHA safety meetings and properly use required safety equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Location: Newbury Park, CA.
