Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Woodland Hills, CA with a growing quick-service restaurant environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on restaurant leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and creating a positive guest experience every day.

The Store Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, staff performance, training, labor management, inventory, cash controls, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, performance coaching, and team development.
- Manage labor, food, beverage, supply, and operating costs while supporting sales growth and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling, register audits, safe audits, bank deposits, revenue reconciliation, and inventory controls.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labor laws, OSHA standards, company policies, training requirements, and documentation standards.
- Resolve guest concerns, support quality service standards, and maintain strong Secret Shopper and visitation checklist results.
- Supervise equipment upkeep, restaurant cleanliness, safety practices, and overall operational readiness.

Compensation and Benefits

- $56,160 to $62,400 per year.
- $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
