Key Responsibilities

- Process warranty approvals and verify that required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted properly.
- Code service requests based on warranty guidelines, repair details, and internal process requirements.
- Communicate with technicians regarding job status, service details, missing information, and follow-up needs.
- Track completed warranty work and follow up to support timely processing and claim resolution.
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and maintain organized service and warranty records.
- Support the service department with administrative tasks related to warranty claims, service documentation, and order processing.

- Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
