Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations across multiple locations in the Las Vegas, NV area. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a restaurant management professional with strong multi-unit leadership experience, a hands-on field presence, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The Regional Supervisor will report to the Director of Operations and spend the majority of time in the field supporting restaurant management teams, improving performance, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple restaurants while working with supportive leadership, engaged teams, and a company that values accountability, development, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the performance of restaurant management teams across multiple locations and ensure consistent execution of operational standards.
- Partner with the Director of Operations to drive sales, profitability, customer service, labor controls, and overall restaurant performance.
- Coach, support, and develop managers to build strong teams, improve accountability, and create a positive, results-focused culture.
- Monitor key business indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure each restaurant maintains company standards for food quality, customer experience, cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety compliance.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of management teams within the assigned region.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Company vehicle provided.
- Role requires approximately 80% field time at restaurant locations.
- Corporate office meetings in Monrovia are required twice per week.
