Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Accountant for a direct hire opportunity with a manufacturing company in San Fernando, CA. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare month-end journal entries, including intercompany entries, inventory account adjustments, and prepaid expense amortizations.
- Analyze and maintain general ledger accounts to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations with proper supporting documentation.
- Process invoices related to shipped orders accurately and within established timelines.
- Support month-end close activities and assist with accounting process improvement as needed.
- Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
