Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Tech-Property Management for a direct hire opportunity in Newbury Park, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys keeping residential properties in excellent condition, completing make-ready work, and supporting a positive resident experience.

The Maintenance Tech-Property Management will handle a variety of repair, renovation, and property maintenance tasks while contributing to clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained residential units and common areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete move-in, move-out, and make-ready maintenance for residential units.
- Perform general repairs and renovations, including drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Repair or replace HVAC, A/C components, interior and exterior light fixtures, washers, dryers, pumps, and related property equipment.
- Support retrofit and capital improvement projects while working within approved budgets, contracts, and bid requirements.
- Participate in monthly OSHA safety meetings and properly use required safety equipment.
- Respond to maintenance needs in a professional, timely, and service-focused manner.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Location: Newbury Park, CA.
