We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals team. This position will support our clients across a variety of engagements.

Job Duties

  • Manage the full bookkeeping cycle for client engagements

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries

  • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close

  • Prepare financial reports and support payroll processing

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting procedures

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a variety of industries

  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting

  • Proficiency with multiple ERP software systems such as Netsuite, SAP, QuickBooks and/or other accounting software

  • Strong Excel and data entry skills (Pivots/V-lookups)

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to different client environments and systems

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
