We are currently recruiting for on-site, hybrid, and remote positions with firms that are actively interviewing and hiring.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience

• Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation

• Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures

• Experience drafting and responding to discovery

• Ability to prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, trial binders, and other legal documents

• Experience with document review, document production, and case file management

• Proficiency with e-filing in California state and federal courts

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and deadline management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required

• Must be located in Southern California or open to local opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Trial preparation and trial attendance experience

• Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, or other eDiscovery platforms

• Experience billing time in a law firm environment

• Bachelor's degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
